While we build your system, your card is not touched.
On launch day the first charge goes through
It shows as Slate Systems on your statement. From that day on, it is charged every month.
If your bank blocks it, that is normal
A new charge from a new merchant sometimes sets off the bank's fraud block. You get a text or a call from the bank. Tell them yes, it is your Slate Systems charge.
If the charge fails, we text you
Nothing is cut off the same day. Your site, your number, and your texts keep working.
Update the card from the link we send you
It takes a minute. That solves it.
Why we charge on launch day
Because that is the day your system is already working for you: site online, number active, texts going out. You pay for a system that already works, never for a promise. No contracts. You can cancel anytime.
