Have your new number handy. The business name has to be the same everywhere: the same one that is on your site and on Google. That is how Google knows it is the same business.
Facebook (phone app)
Go to your business Page
Open the Facebook app. Tap your profile picture and then the name of your Page. If you do not see it, look for "Pages" in the menu.
Tap "Edit"
It is under the cover photo. On some phones it is under the three dots, as "Edit Page".
Change the phone number
Look for "Contact info". Delete the old number, type the new one, and save.
Change the name
On the same screen, tap "Name". Facebook can take a few days to approve the change. That is normal.
Open your profile and tap "Edit profile"
It is the button under your bio.

Tap "Contact options", type the new number, and save. If you do not see that option, your account is personal, not business. Text us and we help you switch it.

On the same screen, tap "Name". Instagram only lets you change it twice every 14 days. Type it carefully.
If you already gave us access to your profile, we do it
We put the new number in for you. You do not have to do anything.
If not, change it yourself
Go to business.google.com, tap "Edit profile", then "Contact", and change the phone number. Or give us access and we do it.
Your system can only answer the calls that come in through your new number. A missed call to the old number gets no automatic text. With the new number on all your socials, no call is lost.
